If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping command), as well as which users are having this issue.
Once your question has been answered, you can mark your question as solved via Right click solution message -> Apps -> ✅ Mark Solution to help others find the solution via Answer Overflow@ume Reward messages are meant for specific situations, such as pinging a staff member to give a reward or running a command on another bot that supports it (so, for example, if someone reaches level 50, you can set it to ping staff to give a reward or something similar).
They aren't really the same, two different use cases, but you can set up regular level-up messages per level, and those will be embeds like the normal regular XP messages.
