I can turn my shaders on and off again and that fixes it but this useally didn't appear at random
Now it does
Sometimes when I switch gamemodes it does this too
Even when I open my inventory... like bruh :/
It sometimes happens
It can be also fixed by alt tabbing twice
Or toggling full screen
This happens really alot now though I can't even switch through gamemodes anymore.

This happens every single time I open my inventory in creative mode, and I do not count those temporary fixes as a solution since it appears literally a second later when opening the inventory in gm1
Fancy Menu v3.4.0 causes this.
Using v3.3.2 works fine.
If you have that installed, try downgrading.
It seems this issue appears with mods that try to render over the GUI.
Oh yea, that fixed it. I just casually updated it and didn't even think that it could be the reason for this.
