My account ban
Hello and Don't be tired, PUBG is in filtering in our country (Iran) and players must use VPN or DNS and my account has been banned for using DNS and the reason is Modifying the game code or data. I think that my DNS has caused a disturbance in the game data and information. I have been playing PUBG for 4 years and I have never been banned. My account level is 57 or 58 and I have 4 upgraded guns and some metics and... . I request you to check and if possible reduce my ban time or unban me since it's my first time

Why?
I don't think it's DNS, because every ISP uses their own DNS, if you are using DNS then it means that you want to use custom DNS of Google or any other.

How can I know why I was banned?
It's due to you or your device modifying the game files, which usually happens by using GFX or other apps.
They will not tell you why exactly you got banned. You can only guess yourself and try to avoid it in the future.

The only way is to say goodbye to the PUBG🥲
If you want to start another account I would say you must active two factor authentication and add email + another method to login. Get a strong password (at least 10 random characters) and your good to go.
