Pak Utility Flight Speed not working

I have Pak installed on a single player world and whenever I use the !fly [name] command to change my flight speed, nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Solution:
Also, to prevent any confusing behavior, if you had AGS flying enabled, it will still be toggled on/off by double-tapping space, IIRC, so you may want to go into AGS settings and turn off flying if you're using PAK. Doing so will not affect PAK's flying.

In the [name] argument, are you specifying the names exactly as they are shown in the UtilityMod page of the Mods in-game menu?

Yes

Do you get the SYSTEM: Changed flight speed from [name] to [name] message in the chatbox after using the command?

We need more information to help you. Before launching the game again, open the Mod Manager and use the "Generate debug info" option, then send the zip file produced in #help-using-mods. This ensures that your help request won't get buried and forgotten in other, non-help channels! (I suspect you may have another mod that is interfering with the speeds set)

Pak is the only mod I have installed on this profile.

Did you just type "!fly" without any speed parameter to toggle flying? The command "!fly fast", for example, will not make you fly. It simply adjusts the speed at which you fly when you toggle it on.

What are AGS and IIRC?

AGS is the built-in Advanced Game Settings (it's one of the options when you set up a new save, and shows in the pause menu). ("IIRC" is just "if i recall correctly").
