i have a lot of proofs of ownership i created a lot of ticket but no one helped me

i cant do it in game , i already sent recovery in game but it got rejected then i waited 3 month then i tried to do it back but i no longer can send a recovery on both of my device evevn if thats the same device that i played on with the account that got hacked
i also did a claim on reddit but my messages got deleted by the bot
i have proofs of ownership but no one helped me i only talked with bots
I lost my account due to a fraudster from Discord while trying to help my friend recover his account. He convinced me that he was an employee of you. He also convinced me to write a mail as a PBGI mail to retrieve the account, my friend by mail, and after the report for 4 days, my account was stolen on the date
27/1/2025 and when I can't recover my account for 3 months, what can I do?

@Kkkk and @mangeur de tajine you too likely can’t recover your account. This discord server takes no responsibility for account actions and the only way to get a „real“ persons response is through the form mentioned by Moiz. Do it there, you have to get 5 karma first then you can post an detailed post.
