Need help with XY axis

I have vcore 4 hybryd, its my second ratrig, and VCore 3.1. Problem is with VC4. I have everything set in printer.cfg
belt tension was set with sonic tension-meter. Its giving me answers in Newtons but I can tension every belt with the same force. I'v done that by setting extruder to the back and mesure the lenght of the belt from center of the pulleys. I use sonic -meter instruction for that. And now after everything was set I have horrible looking print.
