It depends on your mouse dpi. Don't copy other persons sensitivity. Make your own sensitivity. Just keep in mind that "Lower Mouse DPI = Higher In-Game Sensitivity" & "Higher Mouse DPI = Lower In-Game Sensitivity".

Jump into trainings mode and spray an object around 50-100m away and adjust it just to the point where you can control it okay. Then the most important is the following: Don’t change it, play with these settings since it takes time to gain muscle memory. When you still find it off after playing 20+ hours then just do minor adjustments and then play again.
