Uneven walls and corners, poor repeatability?
Issue seems to scale with part size. Not sure if problem is mechanical or profile configuration. PLA 215C bed 65C

Steps are correct
It seems to be happening on both X and Y.
I have closed loop on Y and Z, and I'm running everything on one 8 amp PSU
I got power distribution via din rail terminals
Check the spacing of the artifact you have, does it match the leadscrew pitch? Try calibrating the PID of the bed, sometimes it can cause some oscillations that cause periodic issues visible on the Z axis.
It looks like your part is warping. This can create these patterns. Try adding some glue to the bed. If this does not solve the problem, try printing the part at ~40mm/s to check if its a profile or extrusion/hotend issue.
That was not warping
