Weaponry Mod

looking for ideas on weapons to make. fine with IRL weapons or fictional melee AND ranged nothing like nukes, duh Artillery cannons are a nuhuh basically has to be handheld, or a vehicle. FIne with DMs or sending in this post

nogsweapons (old mod that got killed by base game equipment overhaul) had machine gun, pistol, knife, sniper, shotgun, with multiple ammo types I didn't update it because the base game added multiple ammo types (including the "unique" homing ammo) before we even got v1 out, so it was less interesting

repo is private (I am not the owner) it's too old to load in the current editor without significant updates

oh i just meant like, for specific types of weapons, not the code lol like what irl gun models they were based off of

the only useful inspiration would be the models (from a free asset pack, doesn't really match SF's style) and the weapon names I already listed. the implementation is way too old yeah I don't remember which asset pack it was

I was thinking about a compound bow as alternative to the rebar gun. But mostly as an exercise for me in general 3d modeling and Satisfactory equipment system. Btw, I think that some of the equipment animation is hardcoded in such a way that you've got to override a substantial part of it in the mod. As for the equipment I need, it's a remote-control gamepad thing and googles.

Crossbow is easier. Bow would need to have a charge mechanic. (like the one from the nobelisk)
