Snow on trees turns the entirety of the tree leaves white in LODs
Just wondering if this is vanilla behavior. Below is a picture of the effect. If theres a way to mitigate this, id appreciate it. Otherwise, just confirming its normal is all I need. Thank you!

expected behavior. you can increase vertical quality to slightly improve this
or disable tinting with avoided blocks but that'd entirely skip out on rendering snow
Yeah, i tried that already and id rather trees turn white than snow not render

I had a feeling it was expected behavior, just wanted to be sure
You can also try removing snow layers from ignored blocks
But that also has drawbacks
