Server-Side Not Working
The download instructions are unclear. Do I need a hybrid server capable of using both mods and plugins?
I have tried Paper with the server side plugin did not work.
I have tried Fabric with the same mod on client's and server's /mods folder

I don't know why it did not work before, but after restarting the server it now works.
For anyone with the same problem, make sure:
1. Fabric's server.jar file (not server.jar from minecraft's download page)
2. Same Distant Horizons jar in client and server mods/ folder (Downloaded from pinned "Server-side support" on Discord's server "help me" page)
3. Start/Restart server...

I understand it's very little information to go by and that it is a nightly build. But the only install instructions is "Drop the matching jar into
mods/ of the server and clients." is not clear enough.
I have "DistantHorizons-2.3.0-b-dev-1.21.1-fabric-neoforge.jar" on client and server /mods. Server is using fabric server.jar for version 1.21.1its best to use the mod version. do you see "server has full DH support in the f3 menu"?

"Server has full DH support" is only visible when looking at the sky (F3 Bottom Right Corner)

Isn't smaller GUI scale smaller?
If it is in the corner that means it barly fits

Sometimes restarting the game is needed to make Distant Horizons work aswell
sadly this didn't seem to do the trick for me.
I don’t know if it is necessary, but it works for me. Download the fabric api. So both Client and Server mods/ folder contain DH jar and Fabric Api jar. Make sure they are the same copies
