Clouds too fast
Is there a way to change cloud speed ?
When rendering a Replay in 1080 everything is fine, but if I want to render in 4k they become much faster

Better to just turn them off i guess, as the shader already has clouds
The shader has clouds but they don't appear as far away as DH clouds
The sky is very empty
I forgot to precise the "bug" also happens without any shader
Does it happen in gameplay too, or only in replays?
Only when rendering the replay, in gameplay it's ok
The cloud speed is hard coded
Could you recreate this with just DH and replay mod?
Yes
With no other mods installed (except Fabric API) the problem is still here

Ok I understood why the cloud speed changes
It's because of the time it takes to render one frame of the video
The higher the resolution is, the higher it takes time to render
And because of that amount of time, the coulds have time to move away
As example, if the frames take 2 seconds to render, the clouds will move as the same speed as if the frames took 4 seconds
I already had an issue like this but don't remember what it was
But I know that's something the replay mod cannot handle very well
So there won't be any fix for this, except if there's an option to stop the clouds
clouds speed is tied to fps? what is this, medieval times?
I would say to tick speed if I'm not wrong 🤷♂️
🤣
But the tick speed should be same both times ?
Don't know
hmm, this is a bit weird
Yep
So I'll just take them off for my projects now
And use clouds only for screenshots
Cool
This was not a dh issue most likely too
