Requirement for sending popularity
Usually I send chickens and bike daily from my second acc to my main. My second acc is lvl28. Before some days, i could easily send chickens and pop without any issue but not anymore. It says to play first for 15 mins. I can easily send pop from my main bcoz its lvl81. Please tell me what account level it needs to be for sending pop without any restrictions?

You have to play 15 minutes a day to send popularity regardless of your rank.
Higher level accounts doesn’t need to do that
Im Level 78 and when I don’t play within 48h I get this message too. I guess it is for everyone to make bots more difficult.
Hello, OP! :r_pengwave: That's the minimum requirement for low level accounts. Other than that, you'd be free to send anytime you want if you're on Clout Level 8.
