What aggravates this situation further is that my claims and appeals have been outright rejected without proper investigation or support. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have received no meaningful response or explanation for the ban. This lack of transparency and disregard for player concerns is extremely disheartening
I have invested significant time, effort, and resources into PUBGM. To be penalized without a valid explanation undermines my trust in the game’s support system and its commitment to fairness. I am confident that no violations were committed on my account, and this decision appears to be a gross mishandling of the situation
I strongly urge your team to:
Conduct a comprehensive and unbiased investigation into my account.
Provide clear evidence and reasoning for the ban.
Reinstate my account if no valid violations are found.
It is crucial that PUBGM demonstrates accountability and fairness in its processes. Players like myself, who value and support this game, deserve to be treated with respect and transparency

Same thing happened to me. I was playing until 4am last night and when I woke up to get back on my account was banned. About to make a claim as we speak and provide tons of evidence.
No warning, not a 3 day ban, not a 7 day ban… I got banned for 10 years straight up. I’ve never known PUBG mobile to help their customers out either. Frustrating is an understatement.
If your appeal is rejected that means cheating confirm in your account.

also is not cheating they say third party tool

also isn't that so weird to play pubgm and pubg steam on the same device and getting ban on pubgm only and even more fun is to play on the same device without changing anything on another account and not getting banned anymore for like 8 days now ?
do you really think i would waste my time to recover account after getting banned if i were cheating !?
seems they like to ignore people about what really matters and reply quickly when asking about stuff that dosen't help their players
or maybe the cheating issue got them to think all players are cheating when their faulty system detect a false positive
same situation has happened to me I woke up to a ban for 7 days when I didn’t know I was playing with “cheaters” but in reality it’s just some spam reports

Pretty sure I might’ve been as well. I woke up after barely 5 hours of sleep, went to open the app and I was logged out. As soon as I went to log back in it told me I’d been banned for 10 years. And before I thought the bot system was perfect. What’s happened today has certainly got me to question it. In my opinion the systems inconsistent, every small false reports by mad individuals must be able to get you banned today. Knowing the countless hours and time I’ve put into the game to get better and rank up, and the money I’ve spent to support the game, it’s really frustrating. I’ve got clips that were supposed to be good clips, of me getting killed. Literally can’t make it up and like you said it feels like they don’t care. Game went from a great community that I really enjoyed for 7 years yesterday to feeling like a complete scam today. 10 years without warning, without justification, anything. Like I said frustrating is an understatement.
