Favorite Era of Clothing - Topic of the day 1/20/25
What is your favorite era of clothing? Are you a modern baby? Or maybe a 90s fan? Maybe a 70s child? Or a Victorian prince?

Varied answer but I love 70s and 90s stuff. depends on the mood
Big fan of whatever the fuck that is
This tbh
I just love the dramatic flair of the 70s
tag yourself, I'm 1970 or 1784 (chicken on a leash)
i like clothes from the 70s but my favorite era aesthetically is the 90s - the exaggeration of armani and st laurent, the humor of mugler, the injection of bright and bold colors or textures in tees and knits, the rise of streetwear and the blending of aesthetics in stuff like seinfeld and fresh prince of bel air
70s and 90s are my favorites, if we are going historical i'd say ignoring all of the problematic stuff (AND BOY ARE THERE A LOT) I do love the pre Great Male Renunciation european fashion. Some of the old 1630s-1650s european shit goes brazy
I have nothing to add, other than that one time a lady told me I’d look good in Edwardian era clothing, on account of my long neck.
The only right answer here is the 15th century with its infamous, yet short-lived trend of THE HENNIN
I also love Italian Renaissance fashion
But to actually wear I usually go for 70s-80s styles
I also love the 60s but I don‘t really like how shift dresses look on me
The everything of JPG honestly
Specifically from the 13 to 16 June 1996 in Glasgow.
50s or 60s
