Need help with a server issue
So me and my girlfriend are playing big chad guys plus with cobblemon we have a couple more cobblemon addons and such but while she used a waystone it disconnected her and now says this idk what or where to start at and we would love to not have to delete her character file as we have spent lots of time in this world

Where can I find the server log?
Logs are stored in
<server_directory>/logs/. Search for a file explorer in your server's management interface and navigate to that directory. Once you've opened that up, search for the latest.log file. Some providers have a separate page for logs and may hide the "logs" folder.
On Aternos:
β’ Go to https://aternos.org/log/.
On Minehut and server.pro:
β’ Go to the "files" tab in the left menu.
β’ Navigate to the root directory of your server.
β’ From there navigate to /logs/latest.log.
What should I do with the log?
β’ First of all, read it! I mean, that's what you do all the time when you run a server, isn't it? Try to locate any errors that have anything to do with the issue you are facing.
β’ If you got the latest.log file or created a .txt file with the necessary errors you can upload these directly to the channel, but we prefer if you upload them to https://mclo.gs/.
β’ If you have trouble downloading the log file, copy/paste the text to a paste service (like mclogs). Copy the link that it gives you and send it to us. (Don't worry, McLogs hides your users' IPs.)Admincraft Canned Responses

I'm not really seeing anything that would have it kicking her based on the logs. Are any of the mods installed setup to allow seeing other players inventories?
I dont think so but i was thinking she had something in her inventory that corrupted when she used the wp
Based on the error I would think so as well. You could also try something like nbtexplorer to explore her playerdata and attempt to find the item

Either inventory or achievement. Look like error log line 12xx range for some achievement related gson error.

is it possible to get client logs and have they tried reinstalling the pack?
I don't believe any of the errors on the server matter because if it was an inventory error, then we'd see it only after they logged in
No she hasnt as i have added a couple mods and her pc isnt to good internet wise but i can attempt to get client logs and also i changed her coords on her playerdata just in case it was her coords and it has said new stuff in the logs
