Dear PUBG Mobile Support Team,
I am a dedicated player of PUBG Mobile and have been playing the game since Season 4. Over the last two months, I spent 150,000 UC in an attempt to acquire the Glacier M416 skin. I opened 1,500 Classic Crates, yet I did not receive the item, which is extremely disappointing.
Despite the recent event related to the Glacier M416, my efforts have been unsuccessful, and I have not received the skin. I am requesting compensation for the loss and the frustration caused by this issue.
As a loyal player, I believe such significant spending deserves a resolution. I trust the team will review my case and provide the appropriate compensation.

The probability within the game is the same for each player, and the rewards obtained from draws in the events and openings of the crates are also distributed by the system. We suggest that you objectively and rationally consume according to your own needs.
The items in this event are not guaranteed. Purchasing or participating in this event does not mean that you will receive any specific items. This is mentioned in the game when you tap on Details option. It means that it is not guaranteed that you will receive certain items when making draws in the crate. You may also check the odds of receiving items of certain quality through there....

Thank you for your response, but I am still deeply disappointed after spending 150,000 UC to open 1,500 Classic Crates and not receiving the Glacier M416 skin despite participating in the event. While I understand that items are not guaranteed, I believe the significant amount I spent should have given me a better chance of obtaining the desired item.
Furthermore, the game recently introduced the Security Event, which was supposed to increase the chances of obtaining the Glacier M416 skin. However, despite spending a substantial amount on UC and opening 1,500 crates, I did not see any improvement in my odds, which feels unfair. Given the event’s promise to raise the drop rate for the M416 skin, I am left wondering why my chances were not increased as expected.
I have been a loyal player for many years, and I feel that my dedication and spending deserve better treatment. I kindly request that you review this issue and offer appropriate compensation for the frustration caused by these draws.
