3 Humps on Y Tension Graph IDEX
Cannot for the life of me figure out what is causing the 3 humps on this graph.. I've tried tensions from way too lose to quite tight. Have ensured no pulley are rubbing and tightened all screws on the toolheads etc. Any ideas?

Try making sure all bolts are tight and secure on the motor mounts, as well as the carriages and x axis.

You were right, left side motor mount had some loose screws. Graph looks much better. But the shaper graph is still quite poor
I'd try your range of tension again, do you have a way of measuring tension? I.e a belter tension gauge?
Could you post all your tension graphs?
Unfortunately not, I do use spectroid to get a rough idea though.
