I'm really appreciating the new sweater I got recently from Arpenteur and remembered that they're a pretty core part of my wardrobe.
What are your favourites and why?

this auralee mohair sweater is super nice, i like the texture a lot and it stays pretty thin witch is nice because i overheat easily

i have a wool MUJI sweater that's just the perfect size to be an inner layer or a nice, if slightly trim, outer layer. it's a dark green with red, black and brown tones mixed in
I've thought about biting the bullet on one of those rollnecks for sure
i just bought a really comfy cream turtleneck from buck mason
it's a merino/cashmere blend and i'm wearing it right now lmao
my favorite sweater is probably this one (in white) though and i got it on sale on ssense although i think they only have the blue colors now :c
rn i'm tryna scout for an oversized turtleneck in sky blue like the ones they have for ami paris but they're sold out and i haven't found any secondhand ones :((
i've found some other nice sweaters on sale from king & tuckfield and axel arigato but they either don't have my size or are sold out unfortunately

Couldn't pick a favourite one so here's a love letter to all my favourites
Surprisingly its prolly this secondhand pringles turtleneck one. Thin and very layerable, goes with a surprising amount of stuff and the diamond pattern provides a bit of visual interest.
In general my sweater game could be improved. I am coming to terms with the fact that I don't really like super chunky sweaters all that much, bc I don't really like the silhouette of sweaters as an outer layer (for myself, other ppl do great fits with them) and I don't have the outerwear to layer over them (its also rarely cold enough for that).
So im mostly looking for sweaters that both have a bit of texture and have a pretty cropped fit or are tuckable.
This one rules and I would kill for something similar in a warm yellow.

Don't have any proper fit pics yet, but I've been wearing this boatbuilder turtleneck almost every day since it arrived last week.
if i were locked into a "rotation" it would probably be these - shetland, norwegian, waffle-knit and sweater vest

Does anyone know the brand Glenugie of Scotland? Is it quality? It's supposed to be shetland wool.
Looks like Glenugie was the original trading name of Harley of Scotland
