My ping on SG server has been very high.
I made a ticket before but did not get any response.
My ping in SG server has been constantly going between 36 and 63 since 2 weeks ago and I usually get a lot of random ping spikes. Now it has gone up above 70 and I can't even go in the range. My usual ping was around 20. I checked with my ISP and everything was fine, they said there could be something wrong with the server but my friends who play on the server didn't have any problem. My ISP is FPT Telecom and I'm in Vietnam. Can anyone help me please? Thank you!

Hi, this is the result I got

Based on the traceroute results, your network connectivity appears to be functioning normally. However, there might be increased network congestion, server instability, or an issue within a provider's network.

I don't really have the tools to check for myself what the exact issue is, though.
ty, it has been going on for 2 weeks so I'm scared that there might be something wrong with my hardware
Wait are you from VN?
yes
The observed problem may be attributed to a routing issue within your ISP's network. It's possible that a recent routing change by your ISP may have inadvertently introduced inefficiencies.
Specifically, the issue might stem from suboptimal routing through one of their upstream providers.
Interestingly, another user here, who is using Viettel as their ISP, is experiencing similar performance problems. Given you and this other user ultimately upstream/end up at/with FPT Telecom, I bet that the root cause lies within FPT Telecom.
I might be wrong tho.
I cannot confirm or deny anything though.
Understandable because Viettel is notorious for not being as Valorant friendly in comparison to FPT Telecom. It's a well-known thing here in Vietnam and has been going on for years. I checked and there hasn't been any wave of complaints related to FPT Telecom on the Vietnamese Valorant community and my friend did not encounter the same problem. But I'll check again with them regarding your speculations, ty ty!!
Guys there are a lot of undersea cable breaks in APAC currently. Providers working on the fix, but these are usually taking weeks to get operational, you might see extensive average latency while these are being done. Not much Riot can do unfortunately
