Very ugly overhangs

Hey All! It feels like I've tried it all but I cannot seem to get my overhangs to print nicely :(. The print on the image is printed with FormFutura rPLA @210 degrees 0.2mm layer height and 0.6mm nozzle (goliath hotend). Printspeed is 300mm/s for outer walls 500mm/s for inner walls, slowing down 50% for 45 degree overhangs (as in picture). I use Orcaslicer and have extra perimeters and reversing on odd perimeters enabled. Fanspeed is 50% (cpap) increasing the fanspeed does not seem to affect performance. Any tips and tricks?

I was already doing inner/outer perimiters. Thank you for a nudge in the right direction got them printing nicely now after maxing out my fanspeed and increasing the minimum layer time drasticly to 3.5sec. Seems i need some really good auxilery partcooling fans.

Do a temp tower to figure out your best temps, and max out your fanspeed. If you are printing outerperimeter first, disable that and try again.
