SQLite open in another program
can't delete the sqlite file in DIM1 because Win11 thinks it's open. I have no files or games open.

Had to restart my pc to delete it. Pretty annoying, not a common issue for regular use
Unfortunately this has caused a cascade of other issues and forced me to stop working
Windows issue or 3rd party program. Never happened to me and never heard this happening to anyone ever.
Also there are tools that can unlock files even when it is being used.
My W11 has been very bad recently, I'll hash it up to that as well. I think I've encountered this before, though.
