all my loaded chunks disappeared permanently :(
I had been exploring my map for weeks, and had a pretty neat world to fly around (round about 5,000 blocks each direction), but suddenly one day I came into a my server and it was as if I had never been there. I began exploring again and the chunks that I have seen stay, but the ones I had already discovered before seem to be gone forever. Is this something that happens after the explored map reaches a certain size, or might this have been a bug? I didn't get (or see at least) any error in the console at the time.

If you updated DH the location of LODs mihght have chnaged
You should be able to just move your old LODs to the new location
A.K.A. replace the smaller DB with larger DB
oh amazing thanks for the quick reply! Will look into that. I didn't update my DH though - unless it somehow did it automatically. I'm using 2.2.1
great, it's fixed! the name of the server had been changed so a new folder was created in Distant_Horizons_server_data. I just moved the .sqlite from one to the other and that did the trick. So happy all my weeks of flying weren't in vain. Thanks Miki_P98! 🤩
