You have to comment out DH Indium check in code and compile DH after that
I and other stuff won't guide you through how to do that as :Lunar is not suported
You can try asking Lunar support how to do that
Or convince then to fix the Sodium that they force you to use
/clients
Hacked clients, PVP clients, optimization clients, etc. are problematic for multiple reasons, particularly when it comes to mod compatibility. You may run into issues like rendering glitches or crashes due to their built-in modifications to Minecraft. They are unsupported by Distant Horizons and are not recommended. Instead, we recommend using a launcher that does not modify Minecraft itself, such as Prism Launcher, Modrinth App, or even the vanilla launcher from Mojang. You can find a list comparing trusted launchers at https://mc-launcher.tayou.org/.
The readme file on gitlab tells me how to compile right?
correct
but not how to compile it from an older commit
Why would I need an older commit can’t I just do it from the newest?
no, the newest is the one with the problems
you'd have to go back like 2 months worth of commits or smth like that
But if I download that source code from than it would be the same procedure right?
This isn't DH issue
It is Lunar's Sodium
Newest commit should be ok to use
Shader support will be broken
But Lunar will work
My laptop is trash I don’t use shaders
So I can use the newest commits?
I don't see why not
I still can't recomand using Lunar
oh frick i though this was someone with the DH iris sodium problem
Just use Modrinth App, install performance mods and any otehr you want and you will probably get even better performance then with Lunar by its own
No I just really want to use lunar and for my friends who got used to lunar and used this mod a longer time ago (it is a great mod after all)
lunar is 🤮
try something else
I tried multiple but I found lunar as the most easy to use and good balance between features and fps
well lunar is quite problematic for these reasons
I did not have issues like these till now and I used a variety of mods with no problem what so ever
then you were lucky you picked mods lunar works with
DH is not one of those mods
Yeah but there is a workaround for everything
So thanks I’ll try recompiling without the indium check if I find it
did you ever figure this out?
No I couldn’t get the compiling to work
