Beacon Contact on RatOS 2.0.x
Is Beacon contact supported on RatOS 2.0.x? I have attempted to add the printer.cfg options to set the homing type, etc - per Beacon documentation. I am met with a Klipper error stating that the variables are not options in [beacon] section.

i had the same problem when i tried to use home_method
i have no clue how did it solved itself, i can give you my config and try to make some comparison
try to use all my beacon settings and variables and see it works.
I added those variables in your beacon section and I get the klipper error. Will I need the variables in the section for the RatOS macro?
add all these line and resonance_tester part too
home_method: contact
home_method_when_homed: proximity # defaults to

i think this is the one that conflict somewhere

I added the beacon settings and RatOS variables. I still get errors. What versions of FW are required in RatOS and beacon? I have the beacon FW at 2.1, the becon SW at 2.0.0-20. I am running RatOS 2.0.2-36. Are these compatible? Or, is the contact beacon not supported until RatOS 2.1?
you probably want to ask in #beacon-contact but from what I remember no it was not
