Crash during print: "Lost communication with MCU.

Random disconnection, not sure what is causing the issue, I have been printing 4hours and this happened with no reason. system: octopus pro V1.1 H723, Pi4 with a 64GB sd card from 3D NAND

I have modified how the pi is powered by chaning the default dupont cables by home made one and with 2 row housing connector. USB connector is still the default one but will be changed for a right angle later. The USB-A is pluged in the Pi directly (USB3.0 port) not in the Hub as it was before. So far no issue, monitoring it for now

Mine is doing the same thing however never during a print, only on idle. I know its not your solution but if someone comes to this and has that, i have hopefully resolved it by putting a heat sink on the Octopus Pro main chip. Still testing, this fix, may need to just put the controller fan to always on. Lost connection errors are such a b!tch to chase down the cause.

cheers. I had another crash using a quality cable and witing it from the Waveshare hub to the octopus. So back with the previous cable from BTT directly wired to the Pi USB3.0 port available
