RatOS on AWD VzBot Triple Z motor configuration.

I Have a working AWD VzBot Triple Z. My thinking was to use the configurator, and choose Standard V-core 4 configuration and then in the printer.cfg add the additional 2 motors. All done and X and Z no issues but the Y is given me a lot of headaches as no matter what I change in the configuration it will not move in the right direction it only makes noises . I also add previous configuration to setting to it and still is no go for Y. What could be wrong. Is there something in RatOS that needs to be change or is a no go at all.

Just pick it as the probe in the configurator. See https://os.ratrig.com/docs/configuration/beacon_contact for calibration.
