Fit check on raglan coat (balmacaan)?

Hi all. I want your opinion of the fit of this coat.

Sleeves will need adjusting. It falls about 1” above the knee, which I know isn’t as ideal these days. On the other hand, I commute by driving so maybe it’s more practical?

Really I’m asking about the proportions. Does it work or should I look for something longer?

I think it works well overall! You’re spot on in your judgement about the sleeves. The length imo is good, but a longer length will not impact you while driving fwiw, it’s a matter of personal preference.

I like a much longer coat. I find this length to be kinda awkward personally. It’s not a big long coat and it’s not short enough to be a jacket or Peacoat type garments.

I see. I guess it’s car coat length, which might look dated. It’s hard to find pictures of how coats should look when all the models are like:

Let me know what you think if you get it! I discovered Bellief through a Derek Guy recommendation a couple of years ago. Doesn't get a lot of love outside Korea, it seems. I have a pair of linen trousers from them that I like a lot. Been eyeing the Balmacaans but I haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Damn that's a deep cut brand. Someone described it as Drake's inspired. But also somehow 1/4 of the price. is clothing just that much cheaper in Korea? I don't get it

Some of the pieces have poly blended in. Also the construction isn't quite as good as the better-known trad brands. But I just love the Ivy style.

I see. It's probably manufactured somewhere else too. But stll pretty cool. Like a Korean Spier & Mackay except even simpler
