Nightly Preset on server revert themselves

I have tried to change the server preset setting (minimal impact) but i see later it automatically revert in the console log (balanced). 256 Render distance. We are using medium quality and Low impact settings during normal server usage. I am trying to optimize settings and performance for players flying around a bit.
the Spark hosted server is on 8 GB Ram and a AMD Ryzen 9 7900 DDR5 @ 4800 MHz RAM. (3 v cores) Already I have, I pregenerated with Chunky in all 3 worlds (correctly without DH).
Currently I am trying to park my client at spawn in each world and crank up the distance to "pregenerate" with DH. No clue if that helps but the client gets DC'ed It seems that I have trouble limiting how much of the server CPU DH can't eat up as i keep getting a java out of memory error (not good) What settings would optimize it more, Or? do i need to get access to better hardware / verify Spark is delivering what I think I am getting.

The quality preset does not matter serverside, server side RD is only for realtime updates, the real RD is always unlimited, as for the rest I have no idea

Oh, so it has control commands for setting that do nothing?

Unless something changed I guess so A server side dev might tell you more

I think something has changed. When i use /dh config to change settings like render distance the server's CUP usage skyrockets dempending on how much I change the settting by.

It might be the realtime updates RD

Ok well I dont know what it is but the DH is using a lot more resources after the update it is nearly unplayable DO I just need to uninstall DH and delete everything? is it broken?
