Error evaluating 'gcode_macro INITIAL_FRONTEND_UPDATE:gcode
Hello again. I update my printer to RatOS 2.1. Sometimes when startup my printer, i see this red warning. Whats this?
The same mystic undervolt warning for my Rasberry. Not ever. The voltage is 5.23V. This warning appears only in RatOS 2.1. Not in the last two years i used 1.9.

make sure there are no updates available
RatOS is up to date. Only RatOS Configurator repository update failures
please share your debug.zip file
You mean the logfiles?
in the configurator navigation drawer is a link
I cant findit
in the ratos configurator website
on the left side
in the navigation menu
Ahhh😃
there is no klippy log in it
did you made a rollover?
please reboot the printer and then send me the new debug-zip file
Ok. I will try in some minutes. My printer print now
Here the archive. This was a reboot without errors🙄
hmm, i would monitor this. i dont think this error will come back
Wrong thought. When I restarted the printer for the Debug.zip for you, the error occurred. I turned it off again and restarted it. Now this error message did not appear. So it occurs sporadically
Sorry. The other way around. The error did not occur with the files. But now again
you are using a RatOS V2.0 config file with RatOS V2.1
thats not gonna work
i assume you copied your old printer.cfg
you need to generate the correct printer.cfg and ratos.cfg with the ratos configurator
you need to go through all of the config steps
I used the configurator. But after the new printer.cfg went completely crazy, I used my old printer.cfg. I absolutely don't like how everything is scattered in files in RatOS 2.1. What was always annoying was the SPI3 error message. I can't get rid of it. SPI3 is set in the board file. With the original homing, the Printer always moves around unnecessarily. And the Z axis is always moves down to who knows what. Prime_Blob is now also on the other corner of the bed. I really don't see any advantages for me in RatOS 2.1.
But after the new printer.cfg went completely crazywhat exactly do you mean?
I absolutely don't like how everything is scattered in files in RatOS 2.1RatOS 2.1 has only 2 files, ratos and printer.cfg, Ratos 2.0 has MUCH more files that are getting included
What was always annoying was the SPI3 error messagethis should be fixed correctly instead of just using old config files
And the Z axis is always moves down to who knows whati dont knwo what you mean, V2.0 and V2.1 shoudl move the z axis in the exact same amount whil homing, there is no difference
Prime_Blob is now also on the other corner of the bedprime blob position can be changed, thats configreable
I really don't see any advantages for me in RatOS 2.1.2.1 has tons of new features that are extremyl helpful so im not sure what problem do you have, but you simply can not use RatOS V2.1 with RatOS V2.0 config files
When I press Home, X moves to zero, then to the middle of the bed, then it moves to Y zero, back to the middle, briefly moves the head back and forth 1 centimeter, then it does Z zero. Z_Hop moves up 10mm and then much further down. With Prime_Blob, it doesn't move to the left corner at the front X zero like it used to, but across the bed to the right corner. The direction of travel of the motors wasn't right either. I adjusted that.
That sounds good if you can change the corner for the blob. I'm German. And if everything was in English everywhere, I could jump in circles. I can read through it all, but you can't really ask someone who can really explain it to you properly.
you can place the blob whereever you want with these settings
you should really try to run V2.1 as it is suppsoed to be, or moving back to V2.0
but you simply cant mix them
Thanks for now. I'll look into it again later when my head is clearer.
Now i a fresh copy of RatOS 2.1. After all updates, the configurator not working. 502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.18.0
Are you able to connect to the pi at all?
Yes, I can. I rewrote the SD image again. Then pressed "Update all" in the mainsail. After that, my Moonraker is broken and cannot be repaired. Index file broken. Wrong URL, etc. Connection to the printer board doesn't work either. Now recreate the SD card again.
