POLO :letsfuckinggo:
More realistically RRL but I don't have any RRL 😛
Marine Serre, Michele-era Gucci
I wouldn't call that Logomania
Ok, Polo then :linkBow:
Honestly probably Balenciaga? Logomania is pretty silly, and they treat it as silly, which is about right
Logomania is silly in a camp way
It’s sick if you do it well
Thinking on it, historically the GOAT is Dapper Dan
No arguments there
did someone say camp
:supreme:
So you're a supremacist you'd say?
I really enjoyed the interview with him in “articles of interest”
fringe case but i love this
Recently:
as with all things there's a line between cool and cringe, though it's lame imo when someone dunks on logomania when they really mean "clothing that isn't in the basic bastard v1"
not logomania but her tiny desk fit was so good
I hate that I love this set https://www.mytheresa.com/us/en/women/gucci-gg-canvas-embellished-cotton-blend-miniskirt-beige-p01004277
Also pretty crazy it seems to be sold out everywhere already
Logos good
Yeah, wether you like it or not, logomania is a specific thing
Not exactly logomania but using iconic Hermes accessories as hair accessories imo matches the vibe
Ngl at a glance I thought the glove supreme tag was photoshopped on
Nah m8 these were the free gift in whatever year it was that I bought the measuring cup
I have a soft spot for motorcycle gear covered in logos, does that count? It feels weirdly nostalgic and yet timeless, almost like letterman/varsity jackets to me.
This is the peak moto jacket
I kind of liked the Ralph Lauren version of this for the Olympics. A bunch of branding but they are all USA
Both of those are pretty solid examples yeah! I think it’s a combination of growing up with shows like Akira and Initial D and nascar and motorcycles has left a soft spot for the style.
forgot about nike's old polos, kinda want one again lol
I like how Adidas does it. The 3 stripes are decorative, and subtle, but also convey branding.

I've been known to DIY some logos here and there
