These 50k popularity gifts have this animation for a few days.
So maybe they got this airplane a few days ago. Or maybe the owner of this account removed it from the history that's why you don't see it.

Aha got it. And the sender is real account, right ? If yes, then I think you can report it as bug with full details like UID of the person who sent it to you and your UID and they will investigate and tell you the result later.

And I found this guy use popularity booting
And he blocked me when I visited his profile
Report them in-game and they will check it and take the right action against him if they confirmed he is cheating
