the system took my Vest Lv 5 and AWM with 8x optic
this issue happened when i lost a match and the enemy did not loot it but i lost it,please patch this bug and return the item to me,fix it soon as possible.

Hello! This is not a bug. If you get eliminated in a Metro Royale match and lose some of your gear, they will be removed from your inventory and remain in your death crate regardless of whether the enemy loots it or not.

Keep in mind that the „Advanced“ mode has the risk of loosing equipment.

Oh, sorry that I didn’t explain it further. We can only exchange items if we are in the same lobby and enter a game. While we’re in the match start phase (blue circle) I can drop you items, that must be equipped and when you then leave before the match starts you keep those equipped items. You would only loose stuff in your backpack.
In short, we have to play at least one match start together.
