Hdisabling vanilla fade mode got rid of it but now water looks bad

MYes, but the transition is supposed to be smooth, so in front of that DH LOD chunk should be another LOD chunk that covers the underground of the one you see and which's grass blends with vanilla in a way that does not create a pillar rendring in from of vanilla

MI think so, that is why the perceived vanilla RD is much larger when blending is disabled, after the blending distance there is full overdraw

MIt happens when there arent any LODs in the real to LOD transition area from what I can gather
