They stole my account and changed all the bindings.
Hello, I have encountered such a problem. A year ago, my friend and part-time Teammate went to the army, during his service, his account was hacked. No applications were submitted, as well as receipts for payment and proof that he is his owner. Now he has returned from the army and we are trying to restore the account.
The account was hacked via Twitter and, possibly, email/password.
According to the evidence:
That his account can be controlled by his teammates, just like we have large-scale dating games inside. There are receipts for payment of game currency through Google Play 18-19 years old, the rest were made through the KachiShop website.
Both he and I are trying to restore, we submitted an application for support in the game, but with a reserve and you too. If you contact me before him, then I will provide his email, which you would connect directly with him. Please help us.
I can provide all the account owner's contacts when responding to my request.
All receipts, information, what things are there, what IP address he played on and other information he will be able to provide you personally.
We have already contacted in-game support, but they refused to help us.
Please help me and my teammate get his account back, he can provide and prove that he is the owner of the account

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. You will have to cross-check again, or else they will not be able to assist you any further....
