Level up messages not sending at all
Hii, so I recently added kiai to my server and everything’s set up. The xp works, leaderboard works, custom message is set. But it’s not actually sending the level up message- I’ve checked the leaderboard and I have been levelling up. How do I fix this? Thank you

If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping command), as well as which users are having this issue.
Once your question has been answered, you can mark your question as solved via Right click solution message -> Apps -> ✅ Mark Solution to help others find the solution via Answer Overflow
Can Kiai access the levels channel?
Yes it can
Idk if this helps but I’ve even made the bot administrator to see if that was the issue
I don't see any errors for your server in our logs @dizzy
Could you try disabling and reenabling the level up messages and then set yourself to a level higher so it triggers the message
