VC4 IDEX Belay in Copy/Mirror Mode

I have the Annex Belay system set up for T0 & T1. This works without issue when printing in single toolhead mode, and whichever toolhead is active the belay system is also active for that toolhead. However, when trying to use copy/mirror mode, the belay only works for T0. The T1 on toolhead extruder works as normal, but the belay extruder for T1 does not move. Going back to single mode and both belay systems for T0 and T1 work appropriately again. Here is my config:
