IDEX Commissioning - Endstop calibration problem?
the values and the settings (including the calculation) work great for T0... if I go through the whole thing with T1, I can no longer home because the values are outside the valid range.
I suspect that the positioning is being read out incorrectly.
On the screenshots, the upper numbers in the [ ] at T1 are very different from the lower number, at T0 everything fits. Could this be the problem? And how could this be fixed?

These are my default values:
[dual_carriage]
dir_pin: dual_carriage_dir_pin
rotation_distance: 40
position_min: 0 position_max: 558.60 position_endstop: 558.60 safe_distance: 55 Homing works with this. These are the calculated values based on the Commissioning guide: [dual_carriage] dir_pin: dual_carriage_dir_pin
rotation_distance: 40
position_min: 0 position_max: 545.00 position_endstop: 545.00 safe_distance: 55 Homing does not work with this. Error message: Move out of range: 570.562 249.919 15.054 [0.000] I expected a “Toolhead Position Above the Bed Edge” value of ~515 when setting the end stops. However, this is 15 lower than expected. I half solved the problem with _vaoc_reset... but can't manage to calibrate the X offset and stay within the max 1mm offset values. I also can't manage to calibrate T1 so that it stops exactly on the edge of the aluminum bed at 515 X. T0 works perfectly fine. What could be a possible reason for this behavior?

i have something similar when using calculator from commision guide, i start changing manualy this value, increasing it or decreasing depends of the nozzle position as long as it on correct position after printer reset
