Why is there always this background voice chat showing in my notification bar even tho my game isn't running in the background and my background voice is off.

This notification should go away if you disable this option. Let me know if it works.
The notification pops up as soon as I connect to my home wifi even if I don't open the game, it comes automatically, and if I'm on mobile data the notification doesn't show up anymore.
Old bug this used to happen with me
