DIt is available in the UK and Germany regions. Should be available in other Western Europe regions as well. Feel free to contact the customer service if you require more information.
DVoice packs in Arabic will usually be available in Middle Eastern regions while English voice packs will be made available in English speaking regions.

DCzech Republic is a country in Eastern Europe. As I mentioned, this event is available in Western Europe region.
