The first layer worsens during printing

I’ve followed the commissioning guide and printed a, heat tower.
I’m printing with Amazon PETG.

I’ve repeated the beacon calibration after heating the bed for an hour at 85ºC and now it appears to be solved

By raising the Z-Offset value from 0.098 to 0.298 it recovered, but why did this happen if it had tested the Z-Tilt at the beginning of the print?
