Looking to play PS2 on CRT and record at same time.

Modding my PAL PS2 to accept NTSC games this week. Don't have video cables yet but likely to buy RGB Scart cables. The cheap 14inch Phillips crt I bought last week does not have component in, just composite and RGB Scart, buying from retrogamingcables. This setup would be completely fine, but want to now record my first playthrough of ff7. What would be the best way to record + play on CRT at the same time? Budget options would be preferred (£200 max, closer to £0 the better)

You’ll need some sort of SCART splitter (powered) to split between the TV and capture input, and then a scaler to capture it. $200 is going to be very tight and you’ll have to settle for a sub-par scaler now and upgrade later probably Although you could probably find original OSSC’s cheaply now
