LODs below Y level 55(56) are stretched.

Second image is the same place but rendered out with actual chunks. Version is fabric 1.21, a height limit change datapack is present. All the generation settings are set to highest possible and everything above Y level 55 is generated perfectly with all the details included down to every block. Yet for some reason, below the said height, all the blocks turn into a single line of stretched voxels. Are there any ways to fix the issue?

Or reduce the cave culling height to the value you want
