Z wobble or extrusion issues?

Just did a relatively small print that came out flawless and then a larger full bed print that has what looks like z wobble. This is a 3.1 with the stock oldham bed mounts. Is there any maintenance recommended for those couplers?

Do a vase mode print to determine if it's z wobble or something else

it could be that you need to slightly turn one of your z rail extrusions you need to make sure that the leadscrew is centered in the decoupelr hole

I'll run a test tomorrow but the print just before this was about a 2" x 6" x 6" tall print and it was very smooth. I wonder if I knocked something between then and now, like the lead screw. I'll have to do some tests. The lead screws on this machine have always been bent and obviously wobble a bit but never had any issues until this print...

doesn't look like z-wobble. Perhaps you are over extruding and when you nozzle hits an area that already had extrusion placed it knocks the nozzle creating those bands (this is what was happening on mine). try printing again with z-hop enabled and see if that helps. If so you need to tune your extrusion more

Good idea. I have zhop on but I have reduce infill retractions turned on as well.. which it looks like that also means it won't z-hop in the infill. Guess I'll check on the next big print.
