VCORE 4 MCU LOST COMMUNICATION

Brand new 500 build. Everything went very well, flashed no issues, booted up no issues, did initial calibrate per Commissioning instructions, about 30-40 seconds in to the zeroing the unit stops and sends a klipper shutdown because lost communication with MCU. What have I done - changed out cables to see if it followed cable, verified all connections are inserted properly and not loose in any way, powered the pi with an outside power supply so current is not an issue, updated all codes through mainsail so everything up to date. Looking for some insight on what to dive in to next??? Octopus V1.1, PI 4b, EBB42

What was the exact error, do you have any screenshots, what happens when you boot back up, etc

I got it thanks to you, reread the error and it said TOOLHEAD T0 so I looked at the usb connected there and the zip tie that was temporarily holding wires was too tight and must have been causing a momentary disconnect. Thanks for the bump to check things better. You get tunnel vision and need to step away from time to time.
