#Help needed to recover my pubg acc back
need help with account recovery Long story short. The hacker removed my twitter and linked his own twitter and already put the claim to remove my Apple ID log in. I tried to put the claim it kept saying you can’t because you already had put the claim. From yesterday pubgm decided to remove my Apple ID and give the account to the hacker. I have spent a lot of money in my account. This is just disappointing from pubgm. Even tho I provided them uc purchase from past three months from my midasbuy. Still they ignored my proofs.

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

The person doing an successful account claim is the rightful owner. There is now way you can get this account.
This looks like an account purchase. For the future remember that an account can be reclaimed within 6 months.
Who said I got a chance for putting a claim? Hacker managed to put the claim first. Not leaving me a chance to put the claim. All I could do was send proofs ingame. Which pubgm decided to ignore for some reason giving me fake hopes that don’t worry we got this. I can even provide old nicknames such as season 9 but seems like pubgm does not even care about that.
You put incorrect information
My I’d also hacked 8 months ago and I successfully recovered it by putting exact information
Also there is teammate name option you need to put your teammates current name
