didn’t get rat OS flashed
I tried with different cards at multiple devices with different image versions but every of them fails

Fails how(what's the exact error you are getting)? What software are you using to flash the image?
the only error i get from BelenaEtcher is "Something went wrong. If it is a compressed image, please chack that the archive is not corruped.
The Writer process ended uneexpectedly"
Solution
If it is a recent Balena Etcher, it had problems. Use .18 version.
