PETG bridging issue
Hello,
I don't know in wich direction should I search for fixing my PETG bridging issu : the bridging fail each time à the start.
The bridge flow at the beginning of the travel is to low and don't adhere to the wall. then after few milimeter of travel the flow became "normal".
I have switch off pressure advanced, lower the speed and acceleration, change the temp, change arachnid wall vs standard wall, change inside wall first, change the flow, etc...
but non solution seams to work.
I still don't understand why my bridge is so thin at the begining of the travel (and thus don't glue to the wall)
Any advice is more than welcome
Thanks

I have tested Prusa slicer, same behavior : small flow during the first mm of travel...
even with rotating the parts by 90°
Share some screenshots of your speed settings in orca
Could this delay due to a kind of delay between motheroard and Ebb42? an USB delay?
There is your problem right there. Your Overhang speeds should be from top to bottom like this= 75,50,30,20,15,20
turn classic mode off and turn on extrusion rate smoothing to 350
Set fan speeds in your filament profile to minimum of 30 when bridging but more likely 60
Thankyou @Torque
This solved my issue, I can continue tuning my printer 😃
I didn't knew about "extrusion rate smoothing" 👍 .. still learning
Awesome. Glad I could help. Yeah that's a new feature that I found was critical to getting the bridge to adhere at rhe beginning of its travel. It slows down the toolhead smoothly like a ramp instead of a cliff just before it leaves the part to form the bridge.
Make sure to mark the problem as solved
