Do you mean have multiple forms on one page, or do you mean have multiple forms on one page, all submit together with oone\either button?

Because of the picture he posted, which has two forms...and from the text in his post, I'm guessing English isn't his native language, and the word 'submit' could be mis-inferred here.
Anyway, we might find out, or potentially never hear anything ever again 😆
Well it is two forms with two submits, he wants 1 submit with two forms.
He can merge that display into 1 form with 1 submit but looking like 2 forms.
I mean multiple form in one page and there are multiple submit button for each form
