Fake lods?
In singeplayer everythings fine, but when I join my server, fake chunks keep showing. When I get close to them, they dissapear, but when I get far enough away they come back?

DH by default stores multiplayer LODs based on the name you gave the server. If two of your servers have the same name, then DH won't know which LODs to show.

but for now make sure you give your servers a unique name
I only have one server though
If you previously joined other servers with the default "Minecraft Server" name, and the current one has the same name then DH will show the LODs it has saved

That's for servers with multiple dimensions, not for servers themselfs
It will still be stored under the name of what name the client gave the server
